Perfect Rice without a rice cooker
I don’t like using a rice cooker and think I can make it better! Here’s how to make the best steamed rice or rice to be used later for fried rice. Instructions: 4 cups filtered water 2 - 1/3 cups Chimes Garden long grain rice 1 tablespoon butter Boil 4 cups water, add butter and rice. Bring back to a boil then simmer 20 minutes covered.
